I am a clinical psychotherapist (LMFT #146197) offering individual and family counseling services through my private practice, with offices in Walnut Creek and Oakland. I work holistically with clients and families to develop honest communication and goals; and achieve outcomes to improve their lives.
I also work at California Pacific Medical Center (Sutter) in San Francisco, treating patients on the Acute Rehabilitation unit and facilitate groups on the In-Patient Psychiatric unit.

Individual Therapy
I work with individuals who are looking for a space with no strings attached to share personal-inner thoughts, emotions, and ideas; in order to gain perspective, tools, and additional support.
Kids and Teens
I am a believer that young people should be given opportunities to express themselves. I think it is best
achieved through play, art, and games, since I find that these activities encourage broader conversation.
Family Therapy
The family can be the most effective tool to enable meaningful change. I work with families to navigate difficult conversations and provide not only a safe space for them, but also the tools to then effectively resolve them later on their own
Young Adolescent-Adult Men
I specialize in supporting young men as they grow from adolescence-to-adulthood. This phase of life is critical for men to reconcile with their identity, since it is often filled with uncertainty, ambivalence, low self-esteem and feeling “stuck” or “in a rut”.
Health Crisis
Unexpected medical events can cause individuals and/or family members to spiral, which can develop into larger mental health struggles down the road. I support my clients in navigating these tremendously challenging periods by setting them up with the skills needed to prevent long term mental health damage from being done.
In-person and remote options
I have offices conveniently located close to public transportation (BART, AC Transit) in the Rockridge district of Oakland and Walnut Creek. I also offer appointments by telehealth via Zoom or telephone.
